Eu locuiesc in München si ma straduiesc sa gasesc o solutie aici pentru op deoarece e mai costisitoare ca si timp in Romania mai ales in privinta controalelor postoperator ! Multumesc anticipat.

Am otoscleroza din 2007, dupa ce am nascut. Am facut operatie la u.dr. in 2008 la dr. David. Operatie reusita, cred ca mai mult de atat nu se putea. Sunt de parare ca nici-o operatie, cat de reusita ar fi, nu te mai face „ca nou”. Aud bine, iar disconfortul acela de ureche infundata a disparut imediat. Dar mai sunt mici inconveniente, normale, cred. Implantul a fost cu piston de titan. Din cate vad, a aparut un nou tip de implant mai flexibil. As vrea sa stiu daca mai este cineva in situatia de a se opera sau care s-a operat si are acum amandoua tipurile de implant si cum se simte. Ce diferente de perceptie a sunetelor sunt. La implantul meu, piston simplu, neflexibil, ma deranjeaza zgomotele mari iar pe altele le aud putin distorsionat. Asta mi-am dat seama cand aveam urechea st. buna si auzeam natural cu ea. Acum o consider „urechea buna” pe cea operata. Pe ea ma bazez, deoamdata.

]]> De: elena https://www.otoscleroza.ro/archives/un-nou-tip-de-implant-soft-clip/comment-page-1#comment-29326 Thu, 08 Dec 2016 00:02:42 +0000 http://www.otoscleroza.ro/?p=2478#comment-29326 Buna!am citit mai sus un comentariu referitor la aceasta operatie,insa persoana foarte negativa.Am facut si eu aceasta operatie cu implant de titan tot in germania acum o luna.mentionez ca am avut o perforatie de timpan in urma careia am decurs la aceasta operatie,durerile de cap fiind deja tot mai dese si insuportabile,desi auzeam dar foarte slab….ce vreau sa spun…am primit si eu acel certificat care garanteaza operatia dar fara nici un termen de valabilitate,cum scria mai sus cineva…cu toate acestea dupa operatie esti chemat la mai multe controale si mai multe teste audio..,eu sunt foarte multumita de aceasta operatie,extrem de reusita,aud foarte bine acum,insa perioada de vindecare a operatiei dureaza pana la 6 luni,in acest timp se fac controale periodice,iar micile dureri care mai apar dupa operatie sunt normale,pentru ca este o operatie…Sanatate multa va doresc,iar celor care au aceste probleme sa nu neglijeze!

După naștere mi-a scăzut foarte mult auzul (înainte nu aveam probleme) și în urma unui consult ORL mi-a fost pus diagnosticul de otoscreloza bilaterala. Din 2009 port aparate auditive intraauriculare. O noua sarcina va agrava deficitul de auz?

Pentru a lua cea mai potrivita decizie in legatura cu modalitatea de recuperare a hipoacuziei in otospongioscleroza este recomandabil sa efectuati mai intai o evaluare audiologica si imagistica completa, asociate unui examen ORL minutios. Pe baza acestora putem optimiza decizia privind modalitatea de recuperare auditiva pe termen mediu si lung (optiunea proteza auditiva versus operatie este cel mai adesea inoportuna deoarece cele doua metode de recuperare pot fi utilizate complementar sau succesiv in functie de o serie de factori cuantificabili prin investigatiile de care am amintit).
